Capriccio Gelato Caffè was conceived while backpacking in Italy. After an extensive research in Italy and upon returning to the States, Lailah decided to bring these beautiful flavors, textures and presentation of gelati and sorbetti back to the States.

At "Capriccio Gelato Caffè" our mission is to provide our customers with truly authentic, premium  artisan gelati and sorbetti.  Staying true to the authenticity of Italian traditions, the gelati and sorbetti are handmade on the premise in small batches each day from authentic Italian recipes using only premium ingredients imported directly from Italy and local fresh produce to ensure freshness, highest quality gelati and sorbetti.
